ie ling of calm waters.

i realize i'm graduating in less than two months, but it really is for the good of the house. as you all my now with exception to tisha and natalie [the only people who read my blog who aren't family], wallpaper was invited to stay at our house but it has long overstayed its welcome. i believe that paper has been in my room since my oldest sister was a teenager. so thats a long time.

anyhow, ie li thought it'd be a nice idea to practice her interior design skills and i must say she did an excellent job. i love my new room and it makes me really happy and calm. i guess thats why they call that color calming waters. =) anyway, i wont bore you any longer but here are before and after pix!

can't wait for 12.12.08

Hey everyone, i thought it'd be nice to post something this afternoon. So, i don't really know what made me think of it, but i decided to look at the cast for the upcoming movie Twilight by Stephanie Meyer. As many of you know, i am a huge fan of this series because it's teeny-bopper, adventurous, fantasy, and love all mixed into one. What teenage girl wouldn't love that? so anyway, i stumbled across this little video from MTV news and i just thought i'd share it with ya'll. it comes out december 12 and i'm hoping to be there opening day in utah i guess...freezing in the snow? haha. anyway, if you haven't read them, do it. I guess i'm just talking to Ie Mei when i say that. so with that, happy sunday! i hope it's restful and fabulous! xoxo. check it

it's official...i'm obsessed

so, i've never really been into american idol, but ever since heartthrob david archuleta entered the competition, i can't help but tune in on tuesday evenings at 8:00 to watch him...over and over again. =) so the first week i saw him, i voted maybe 5 times. the next week it was 10, then 20 and up to 40.

and then, i discovered that i could vote twice as many times if i use mom's phone at the same time. so guess how many times i voted for david archuleta tonight... that's right, 90. haha. no, that is not a typo, that is a nine and a zero. but i will say that i voted 60 times for brook and 80 times for jason castro as well.

i hope that my voting makes a difference. I LOVE YOU, DAVID ARCHULETA!

and p.s. thank you to ie li for "introducing" me to him. =)

spring break

alright, so i'm back for a post. =) spring break was a couple weeks ago and it wasn't very different than the others. you know, i went to washington d.c., and indiana, saw the family, the usual. even though i'm 7 and 14 years apart from my sisters, they are my best friends and i never miss an opportunity to visit them. a first for us west sisters was going to a concert. carrie underwood anyone? she was great! and i am now in love with josh turner because his voice is SO deep! [would you go with me, josh turner, check it out] anyway, it was great spending time with my nieces and nephews as well. they are my pride and joy. we went to the children's museum and the park and a cub scout pack meeting. enjoy the pictures! thanks for the wonderful times sistas!
best friends forever!
